There were several ongoing safety and maintenance issues during my time here. There were multiple car break-ins in the garage, and at times the garage gate was broken, making it easy for anyone to enter. Residents on lower floors with patios facing outside also reported people coming onto their patios and taking items. The elevators were another concern, they were frequently out of service, and at one point there was even a notice instructing residents on what to do if the elevator stopped while they were inside. That’s not something you expect in a building marketed as “luxury.” Management did attempt to address security by adding a night patrol, but in my experience they were difficult to reach and not very responsive when issues came up. The office staff themselves were generally friendly during my stay, but communication dropped off significantly during the move-out process. Emails and calls often went unanswered, which made things more stressful than necessary. To be fair, this isn’t the worst place to live, I stayed for two years, but if you’re expecting a truly secure, well-maintained, luxury experience, this likely won’t meet those expectations!

My friends stay here and they regret to say that their experience at this apartment community has been far from satisfactory. One glaring issue that cannot be ignored is the lack of security measures, especially in the parking garage. Multiple incidents of vandalism have occurred, and it's deeply concerning that there are no parking cameras in place to deter or capture these criminals. The absence of such basic security measures raises serious questions about the safety of residents and their property. In light of these ongoing issues, I strongly advise potential renters to reconsider choosing this apartment community. Your safety and peace of mind should always be a top priority, and unfortunately, this community falls short in providing that essential sense of security.

My family and I have been living at OPP for a few years now and are very happy here. We love our bright sunny apartment and the fact that the layout doesn't feel boxy. The apartment has high ceilings and thick walls, so we hardly ever hear our neighbors. The surrounding complex area is filled with flowers and plants of all kinds and the pool, gym, and clubhouse are very nice perks and are always keep clean by the maintenance team. Speaking of maintenance, the rare times we've had an issue with plumbing or the laundry washer, the team is quick to address the problem within 24 hours. In terms of safety, we have heard of a few incidents of car break-ins though thankfully have not experienced this ourselves. There is a security car at night and the garage and community is gated, which provides some extra level of peace of mind. Overall, it's a gem of an apartment!

Since getting a new pup, I've been out and about a lot more and got to call out that the maintenance crew (Laura, Gerardo, and Mariano) is just awesome—always cheerful, helpful, and hardworking. The management team is the best, and most residents here are super friendly.

I have been at One Pearl Place for three years now and I have been super happy. The location is perfect for me given my commute to San Francisco and San Carlos. Being next to Light rail where I can be at Caltrain in three stops makes it ideal. The office staff and the maintenance crew have always been professional, helpful and always take care of my needs as quickly as possible. I specially want to thank the maintenance crew that are just so good and always have a positive attitude no matter what the situation may be or the time of day/night. Thank you for what you do. The environment is very zen feeling, with the fountains (that always work by the way) the beautiful gardens, pool area and club house. Lastly, they really keep all trash and recycle areas always neat and clean. I don't think it can get any better.

What I love most about One Pearl Place is the staff and maintenance team! Kelly, Trish, Shannon and the entire maintenance team are so amazing! They are wonderful, professional, kind and supportive. The place itself is beautiful, quiet and clean. Maintenance always does a superb job with fixing things in a timely matter.

We’ve lived here for 1+ years while waiting for our house to be rebuilt. I’d say the community is not like Irvine company apartments or other apartments that managed by large corporation with no community environment and culture. OPP is owned and managed by a family, all staffs here are very friendly, helpful and more thought of bringing people together with a lot of events. After the building finished construction, they added more amenities like Pingpong table, chess etc. very lovely community!

One Pearl Place is an excellent neighborhood. I have been part of it for about six years. The environment is beautiful, full of plants, clean and safe. Kelly is a great manager and a wonderful warm heart person.Susan, the assistant manager, is always smiling ready to give you a caring hand.
